Dayle Henderson

Founder & Director

Dayle Henderson obtained a Performing Arts Degree at Middlesex University followed by a Post Graduate Diploma in Musical Theatre at Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts. She spent 10 years working professionally in theatre across the UK and London. Dayle worked in London, teaching Dance and Drama for various Performing Arts schools, before returning to Edinburgh to create Sparkle Arts.

Clare Monte (Dundee)

Teacher

Since graduating from Edinburgh's Telford College in 2007 with a BA (hons) in Dance, Clare has taught dance to young people, choreographed for performances and performed in London, Kent, Paris and Scotland. Clare enjoys passing on her experiences to young people and watching them become more creative and confident through dance. Clare has a great wealth of experience in teaching and has taught young people for 10 years now. She currently teaches ballet, modern jazz and street dance to primary schools, high schools and dance schools around Scotland. Clare worked as a Sparkle Arts teacher in Edinburgh for 4 years before relocating to her home town of Dundee, and running the Dundee franchise.

Shaunna Noble

Teacher

Shaunna trained at the West Lothian Dance Academy and continued her professional training at Dance for All Theatre School obtaining an HND in stage dance and I.S.T.D DDE teaching qualification. Shaunna danced professionally in productions in the U.K and Egypt between 2009 and 2013, and is now pursuing a teaching career in Scotland.

Kerry Mathieson

Teacher

Kerry began dancing at the age of three and it has always been a big and important part of her life. This being the case, Kerry decided to train full time in dance and make her passion her career. She obtained a BA (hons) degree in Dance from Performing Arts Studio Scotland. This has given her the opportunity to perform in many different locations across Scotland, London and even New York City! Kerry loves to perform but teaching dance is where her true passion lies. She loves the confidence and enjoyment that children can get from performing arts. Kerry currently teaches Street Dance and Hip Hop to children in Primary Schools and dance schools in Edinburgh and the Lothians.
